Moving with Hills and LA Fitness: Contest Terms and Conditions

OFFICIAL RULES

  1. Eligibility
  • Location: Open only to legal residents of Ontario, Canada.
  • Age: Entrants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
  • Exclusions: Employees, representatives, or agents of Hills Moving and LA Fitness and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
  1. Contest Period
  • Start Date: The Contest begins on July 24 2026 at 1pm EST.
  • End Date: The Contest closes on August 15 2026 at 5 PM EST.
  • Late Entries: Entries received after the closing time will be automatically disqualified.
  1. How to Enter
  • No Purchase Necessary: No purchase or payment of any kind is required to enter or win this contest.
  • Entry Steps: To enter, users must book any moving service with Hills Moving to take place any future date or follow  @thehillsmoving on Instagram, like the contest post, and tag 10 friends using #movingwithHillsandLA
  • Limits: Limit of one entry per person.
  1. Prize and Odds
  • Description: There is one (1) prize available to be won, consisting of a 1 year membership to LA Fitness (valid at any location in Canada)
  • Value: The approximate retail value of the prize is $700 CAD.
  • Restrictions: The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Odds: Odds of winning depend entirely on the total number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period.
  1. Winner Selection and Notification
  • Draw Date: A random draw will be conducted on August16,2026 at approximately 3pm est.
  • Contact: The selected entrant will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message.
  • Claim Deadline: The winner must respond within 48 hours of notification to claim their prize. If they fail to do so, an alternate winner will be drawn.
  • Skill-Testing Question: To be declared a winner, the selected entrant must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question without assistance.

  • Platform Disclaimer: This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram and Facebook By entering, entrants release Instagram and Facebook of any and all liability.
  • Cancellation: The sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest if fraud or technical failures compromise the integrity of the draw
  • This contest is solely created and run by Hills Moving.  LA Fitness has provided the winning prize: 1 year membership that can be used at any LA Fitness in Ontario.
  • Winner of this prize is required to follow LA Fitness membership terms found here.
  • Membership will be active as soon as winner completes the standard registration with LA Fitness
